Advancement Services FAQs

I cannot sign in to Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Internet Solutions (BBIS), or Web Reports. What do I do?

Make sure the domain is correct prior to attempting to sign in. The domain should be fnd-adir.

After a limited number of failed attempts to sign in, you will be temporarily locked out from trying to sign in. Wait 15 minutes for the lock to clear, then try again. If you are still unable to sign in, reset your password and try again. If you are still unable to sign in, contact Advancement Services.

What is the difference in my Foundation password and FSU password?

Your Foundation password is used to login to the Blackbaud CRM application, access to Web Reports, and other Foundation or Blackbaud products. Your FSU password is used to login to your computer, Microsoft Outlook, and other FSU procducts (i.e. Qualtrics).
